Paul O’Loughlin - Managing Director

Paul O'Loughlin has some twenty year’s experience in recruitment and search throughout Australia and internationally.  With an enviable track record in professional recruitment and business development, Paul was well resourced to establish O’Loughlin Executive Search in 2001.  He is recognised as one of Brisbane’s leading recruiters, and probably its' most experienced in recruiting difficult, sensitive or politically challenging assignments. Paul’s local and international knowledge is well supported by sophisticated frameworks of selection processes, and his experience in developing relationships with candidates and clients allows him to offer an insightful knowledge of the executive recruitment market, both locally and offshore.

Craig Hinds – Senior Search Consultant

Craig Hinds joined the O’Loughlin Executive Search group twelve months ago upon returning home from the United Kingdom. He has spent the last twelve months perfecting his craft in ‘Search & Selection’ initially within the generalist recruitment wing of Aspire Recruitment. Craig was recently appointed as a Senior Search Consultant within OES.

Craig brings with him a unique blend of commercial experience both locally and from London with his insightful view of executive search specific to the Brisbane marketplace.  Craig is experienced in sourcing and placing mid to senior executives within the hospitality and tourism, media, franchise and mining sectors.

Talisha McCullough – Senior Researcher & Executive PA

Talisha McCullough joined O’Loughlin Executive Search in August 2007 having worked for Brisbane Airport Corporation as a Project Resource on the International Terminal Expansion. In this position she provided Senior Engineering, Architectural and Project Management Executives with expert administration support. Prior to this Talisha worked within the property industry with a number of Australia’s leading residential and commercial businesses. This experience was instrumental in providing her with the commercial edge that she utilises in her current position.

At O’Loughlin Executive Search Talisha works face to face with a range of organisations from the Government sector through to the private sector supporting the activities of the Managing Director and driving the O'Loughlin Executive Search research framework.  As an invaluable member of staff Talisha’s value proposition is in her service delivery both during and beyond the ‘assignment’.
