The specific action that we take on your behalf is the result of detailed discussion and subsequent agreement with you. We firmly believe that two heads are better than one – and hope to work as a team using your skills and our contacts to achieve your goal.

Permanent Registration

During your registration your experienced consultant will discuss your career plans and provide you with the best opportunities to achieve your goal. Your meeting will last between 20 minutes to one hour depending on your level of experience and we will talk to you about what you have achieved in your career so far and what your aspirations are for your next position. Before you leave the meeting we will give you a clear outline of what you can expect from your consultant, an idea of what vacancies are available and what the next step will be.

You will be asked to complete a registration form and provide proof of your eligibility to work in Australia. All the information you provide us with will be processed in accordance with our Collection Statement.

We hope that your registration meeting is only the beginning of your relationship with O’Loughlin Executive Search. We look to build strong associations with our candidates so that we can find the perfect role for you with as little fuss as possible.
