On a regular basis, we review the status of the search, including potential candidates expressing interest in the position and our evaluation of candidates interviewed.

We qualify each potential candidate through a personal interview, reference checks, education verification and compensation information, developing a comprehensive candidate profile that addresses the core competencies you seek.

We facilitate preliminary and follow-up candidate interviews.

We work with you to craft, extend and negotiate the offer for your final candidate.

Fees

Our fee structure reflects our high quality of service and is market competitive, reflecting the commitment to success, experience and dedicated approach taken by every consultant in the business.

The details of each assignment are agreed in writing before work begins and includes a timetable detailing the program of activity to the short listing stage.

We agree with our client the level of fees and any variable expenses. Advertising is charged directly by our agency.

We will confirm in writing details of all fees and associated costs such as advertising, so that the client is clear about, and can budget for, the work to be undertaken and the processes involved.
